This is a course which covers services which are installed/offered in a morden building to make it a "live" building. It covers a spectrum of services like cold and hot water supply, soil and waste water disporsal, underground drainage systems, refuse disporsal, fires and firefighting equipment, transportation systems, electricity supply in buildings, etc. The method of assessment is detailed in the course outline.
