The course gives students a more in-depth understanding of the problems associated with wildlife management, the importance of monitoring, of understanding the environment and of formulating sound and realistic management plans, incorporating strong conservation ethics. The focus will be on management applicable to wildlife in parks, conservancies or game farms, as well as the sustainable management of wildlife using state of the art technology and methodology.
