This course aims at equipping the students with the necessary skills required to understand, define and analyse basic and complicated electrical circuits.
The course provides theory and techniques required to develop, analyse and simplify alternating-current (a.c.) and direct-current (d.c.) circuits/networks containing resistors, capacitors and inductors using appropriate principles, techniques and theorems.
The course also provides a platform for students to develop unique analytical skills which will be used in other non-electrical courses in engineering.
